Discover how the right beer can transform a meal. Join our head brewer and executive chef for a five-course pairing dinner showcasing the harmony between food and craft beer.
The Menu
Course 1 — Aperitivo Chilled cucumber gazpacho with crème fraîche Paired with: Czech Pilsner — the crisp bitterness cuts through the cream and lifts the fresh vegetable flavours.
Course 2 — Fish Pan-seared sea bass with lemon butter and samphire Paired with: Hefeweizen — the banana and clove esters complement the delicate fish without overpowering it.
Course 3 — Palate Cleanser Sorbet with pickled ginger Paired with: Berliner Weisse — the tartness echoes the ginger and resets the palate.
Course 4 — Main Slow-braised short rib with roasted root vegetables and bone marrow jus Paired with: Baltic Porter — rich chocolate and coffee notes mirror the deep, umami-forward braise.
Course 5 — Dessert Dark chocolate tart with salted caramel and hazelnut praline Paired with: Imperial Stout — a decadent match of roasted grain, dark fruit, and bitter cocoa.
