Our Irish Dry Stout is a tribute to the legendary stouts of Dublin. Remarkably smooth and drinkable despite its dark appearance, this beer showcases roasted barley at its finest.

Appearance

Opaque black with a thick, creamy tan head. The head retention is exceptional, creating beautiful lacing on the glass.

Aroma

Roasted coffee, dark chocolate, and a hint of smoke. Clean fermentation character lets the roasted grains shine.

Flavor

Dry and roasty with flavors of espresso, dark chocolate, and toasted grain. Medium-bodied with a silky mouthfeel. The finish is crisp and dry, making this very sessionable despite the rich flavors.

Brewing Notes

Brewed with a generous portion of roasted barley for authentic Irish character. Nitrogen-dispensed for that classic creamy texture. Despite its bold flavors, the lower alcohol makes this perfect for a session.
