Our English IPA pays homage to the original India Pale Ales that were brewed for the long voyage to India. Generously hopped yet balanced, this beer showcases traditional English hop varieties.

Appearance

Deep amber to copper color with brilliant clarity. Off-white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma

Earthy, floral, and slightly spicy hop aromas from classic English hops. Caramel malt sweetness provides depth.

Flavor

Bold hop character with notes of marmalade, stone fruit, and tea. Rich caramel and toffee malt flavors balance the bitterness. The finish is dry with lingering hop flavor.

Brewing Notes

Brewed with Maris Otter pale malt and crystal malts for authentic English character. Hopped generously with East Kent Goldings and Fuggles. Dry-hopped for additional aroma complexity.
